My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was perfect, being so close to the beach and boardwalk, with easy access to great restaurants. The rooms were small and not fully upgraded, lacking some essential amenities and cleanliness. The service was friendly but inconsistent. The dining experience at Uncle Bill's Pancake House was enjoyable. The facilities were sufficient but could use improvements.

Despite the small room size for the price and the faucet issue with hot water, the hotel offers a nice property setting except for the rooms. I managed without a hairdryer and found the overall property enjoyable.
